Submission Preparation Checklist
Manuscripts should be written in a concise manner and adhere to the following general requirements: Manuscripts should be typed in Times New Roman font with 1.5 line spacing on A4-sized paper. The top and bottom margins should be 0.9 inches, the left margin should be 1.02 inches, and the right margin should be 0.8 inches.
The pages should be numbered in sequential order, beginning with the title page, and the content should be organised in the following order: The document structure includes a Title page, Abstract and keywords, Introduction, Literature Review, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion or Results and Discussion, Acknowledgements, Conclusion, and References.
Title Page:
The first page should have a clear and concise heading in Times New Roman font size 16. It is advisable avoided from using abbreviations. Avoid from using special symbols and formulas in the title.
Authors:
Provide a detailed list of authors with their complete affiliations. Each author on the list must specify their affiliation, including the department, institution, or organization, along with its location, including the city, state, and country. It is mandatory to provide the email address and ORCID for all authors.
Abstract & Keywords:
Authors are required to provide a concise and factual abstract (200 to 250 words). The abstract should clearly define the research's objective, main results, and conclusions. The abstract should be followed by a list of 4-6 keywords that are related to the content.
Main Text:
Arrange the manuscript into various sections including Introduction, Literature Review, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References.
- Introduction: Clearly state the goals of the study and provide a sufficient background, without a detailed summary of the results.
- Material and methods: Ensure that there is enough specific information provided to enable reproduction of the work. only relevant modifications should be described.
- Result: The outcome should be clear and concise.
- Discussion: The purpose of this discussion is exploring the significance of the results of the work. Avoid extensive citations and discussion of published literature.
- Conclusion: The primary findings of the research can be summarized in a concise conclusions section.
- References: Ensure that citations and references are formatted according to the APA style.
Ex:
Author, year – Single Author.
Author & Author, year – 2 Authors.
Author et al., year – 3 or multiple Authors.
Math formulae:
Give the mathematical equations in a format that may be editable text, not as images and numbers in order.
Tables & Figures:
Kindly provide tables in an editable format that allows for editing, not as images, and ensure that the images are clear. Make sure that every figure and table includes a caption. Provide captions separately, rather than attached to the figure or table. You should arrange the table and figure numbers sequentially.
